Wild Ride

Hm...little set backs and little encouragments. These pieces were potentially for a book. They wont be afterall, but nevertheless it's been a good thing and has pushed me to dive even more into the illustration ideas lurking around in my mind that haven't yet found their way to paper. SI-LA !!!

In the throws of working hard on illustration this past week I was encouraged to find out that got 5 pieces in the Society of Illustrators- Los Angeles show! Thanks to those who submitted them. Here is one of the ones that made it in- its from a while ago but I dont think I ever put it on here. (Other accepted pieces- Notre Dame de la Salette, Hanging Laundry from "There is Treasure Everywhere", A Doll's House, and Amsterdam from "Leaf and Bury")

Fond Forestry

This was a private comission I was able to finish up just before being draged onto the plane for Germany! It is also larger than I normaly get to work by a long shot. roughly 5by7 feet. Hope it was a happy birthday!
