I've been working on a lot of wedding invitations lately. Some are completely custom suites, and some are alterations of this one. Mural in the works....

I've been really enjoying working on this mural for a little girls room. Boats and summer and stars? Yes please. Its not done, but its getting there. But today I am furiously painting away on a stack of commissions so that I can do my best to relax on a two day anniversary/birthday trip with my wonderful husband to our favorite (and conveniently close) town of Charleston. whoo!

It's the 4th of July

Hope everyone enjoys the day off! My plans= the beach and a Low Country boil. While this isn't a holiday I've ever felt particularly connected to, there is something wonderful about celebrating where you are, and I really do love this town. Cheers!

Pony Anarchy

I'm very excited to have an interview in this issue of Pony Anarchy, a wonderfully well done online magazine. It just came out today. You can check it out on their website (issue # 6). I'm very grateful for the honor.

(I'm slowly working on putting together my new website...finally!) And I'm busy working on a children's room mural. This means paint all over me, SVU marathon and lots of coffee in my belly while I work away in this Georgia heat. Hope wherever you are you are staying cooler than here!
